Job Title: Junior Sales Representative

Pay Range: Min 56,000.00 commission

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions through our range of window films. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering long-term partnerships.

Core Functions:

  1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territory or customer segments to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication, product demonstrations, and effective problem-solving.
  3. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our window film products, features, and applications to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
  5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts using CRM software.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to optimize sales processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.

  4. CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Pipefy, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer concerns and overcoming sales obstacles.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  7. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is desired.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
