Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join as a contractor (temporary to permanent). The ideal individual will have a passion for providing exceptional client services and possess strong communication skills. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Process transactions and handle cash with accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using office computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements

- Solid working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team
- Tire or automotive industry experience (preferable, not required)
