What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Class A Truck Driver position at Premium Transport Staffing?
Hayward yard is looking for a Class A delivery driver to deliver dog food products to customer locations driving 48' Tractor trailer or 26' Straight Truck. You will use an electric pallet jack and hand truck to offload the product into customer locations. Requires Segregating Product and transfer into customer locations using a dolly (NO STOCKING) . Job requires one-night layovers to Reno, Tahoe or Eureka, will stay in a hotel with meals paid and return to Hayward. Must be good with chaining as you will be doing that for sure when weather requires it. Overtime Available!
This position requires one year minimum of Class A driving experience with electric pallet jack experience and NO AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION RESTRICTION on your license.
Schedule : Monday to Friday unless you are doing layover run on Friday, then it would be Tuesday to Friday; Start times between 4am and 7am.
Pay : $30 per hour with overtime and double time paid.
