What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class C Fence Installer and driver position at Premium Transport Staffing?
Whittier yard is looking for Class C drivers to deliver, install, and remove of temp fences . Job Summary : Responsible for delivery, installation and pick-up of Temporary Fence as assigned by supervisor or dispatcher for construction sites and special events. Responsible for quality and timely installation in conjunction with time frames and standards set by the company. Drivers / Installers start times are between 4 : 00 am and 7 : 00 am. Drivers / Installers must be available to work overtime during the company’s busy season (March through November). Drivers must have a clean driving record, minimum of a Class C, CA driver’s license and are subject to all D.O.T. regulations and company policies. Trailer pulling experience is a plus. Must be open to physical labor and weekend work whenever needed. Also, must have knowledge of local freeways in the Los Angeles area. Overtime available. Must be open to working up to 14 hours daily whenever needed. Automatic vehicles. Must have a minimum of one year of delivery driving experience. No Uber, Lyft, Postmates etc. Must be ok working with waste.
Schedule : Must be open to work all 7 days. You will have a day or 2 off during the week; Start times from 4-7am; Weekend work is required, not optional.
Pay : $23.00 per hour to start up to $25.00 per hour.
