Summary:
The District Manager directs and oversees the management of overall daily operations of multiple store locations. The District Manager is responsible for developing and leading activities involved in operating multiple store locations in a particular region to maximize efficiency and productivity. Also, responsible to lead, and mentor direct reports to achieve the Company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Train and lead General Managers in the planning and execution of operational goals and objectives at multiple sites.
- Make regular visits to stores in market
- Consistently and accurately manages the store budget for each store assigned.
- Make sure each store is maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe environment placing emphasis on the life-saving rules.
- Ensure appropriate levels of inventory are maintained at the store levels managed, with appropriate number of staff.
- Reinforce the high level of customer service required at every store managed.
- Effectively investigate and resolve customer complaints to company standards.
- Ensures the consistent execution of company and industry standards.
- Addressing operational problems that arise.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-year management experience in a Retail Store environment
- 5 – 7 years overall successful management experience preferred (multi-units) Automotive or related industry preferred
- Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Authorize a Background Check to Be Performed After Accepted Job Offer is Made
- Authorize a Drug Test to Be Performed After Accepted Job Offer is Made
- Computer fluency required
