Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy solutions and guiding them through the purchasing process. As a Solar Consultant, you will leverage your sales skills to drive energy efficiency and sustainability while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including door-to-door outreach and outside sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Engage with customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Deliver presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate installation and service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in energy or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
