Europa is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for Hubmatrix, based at our Charlotte, NC facility. Hubmatrix is a warehousing and 3PL logistics company. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in customer management, billing management, and freight management within the Hubmatrix environment to support company objectives. Europa offers a casual and fun work environment, along with an excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer account setup and maintain accurate records
- Process order entries accurately and efficiently
- Track and monitor order statuses, ensuring timely deliveries
- Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth processing
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide support and resolve issues
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks on orders before fulfillment
- Manage billing and charge additions, ensuring accurate invoicing
- Prepare and distribute literature packets and necessary documentation
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (3PL experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software
