About the Role
We're looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our growing team. This role will be based in Charlotte, NC (Europa Office), but will focus on managing IM8 Health's supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a strong background in supplements and consumer goods. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth international logistics, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence across our supply chain.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, and distribution for IM8 Health products
- International Logistics: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and optimizing cost-effective shipping solutions
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with international suppliers, warehouses, and distributors to ensure seamless operations
- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Data & Reporting: Use Excel and other tech tools to track KPIs, forecast demand, and analyze supply chain performance
- Process Implementation: Develop SOPs for supply chain processes, ensuring best practices are followed for warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics
- Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions, ensuring contingency plans are in place
- 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in the supplements or consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs regulations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excel wizard - you can build reports, analyze data, and drive insights
- Comfortable working with tech and supply chain management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you know how to collaborate with international vendors, warehouses, and internal teams
- Experience in operational excellence and implementing process improvements
