About your new role:
This position will assist Product Development leadership by ensuring seamless coordination across administrative, operational, and project-based functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative & Project Support:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including compliance records and standardized filing systems; ensure all filing systems are current and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of Development project materials including project meeting updates, KPI reports, scrap reports, monthly work orders, and interdepartmental mail.
- Schedule and coordinate departmental and company-wide meetings, including training sessions and profit-sharing meetings.
Communication & Coordination:
- Attend and take notes for weekly team meetings; distribute meeting minutes to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for Product Development leadership.
- Act as the primary contact for award coordination, overseeing entry submissions and facilitating team collaboration.
Technology & Systems:
- Enter and maintain tool data in ROSS or current systems; update forms in Microsoft Word or current platforms.
- Maintain MasterControl and ERP Software workflows or their equivalent, ensuring accurate document control and compliance.
- Update and maintain digital displays and dashboards.
Facilities & Operational Support:
- Maintain departmental office supplies and equipment (copiers, printers, toner, etc.).
- Support equipment maintenance scheduling and assist with organizing storage areas and managing documentation.
Events & Trade Shows:
- Support trade show planning and logistics, including tracking expenses and coordinating follow-ups.
- Alert the department to customer visits and help prepare meeting spaces accordingly.
Additional Duties:
- Provide optional coverage for the reception desk as needed.
- Perform laminating projects, photocopying, and design/update of internal forms. Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing skills (40 wpm)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and telephone skills
- Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team
Your hours:
8:00am – 1:00pm, Monday through Thursday; Fridays as needed
