Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Seattle, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our E-commerce and Partnerships Team! In this role, you will run a team of frontend and backend developers and work with product management to deliver requirements to your team. This is a hybrid position with 2 days / week in the office, and the employee MUST be located within the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You'll Do
- Team Leadership and Management :
- Guide and inspire a team of developers who design and build software systems
- Mentor team members to advance their performance and career, and do yearly reviews
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hiring & Talent Development
- Interview and support hiring and attracting top engineering talent.
- Conduct performance evaluations and yearly reviews, setting goals for individual development
- Project Delivery & Execution
- Help your team to design and build features and functionality delivered on time and within scope
- Optimize development workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
