Account Manager – B2C (Inbound)

Location: Peabody, MA (onsite)

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager – B2C to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by engaging with individual consumers, understanding their vehicle transport needs, and offering customized solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue by converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Educate potential customers on our vehicle transport services, highlighting key benefits such as safety, reliability, and convenience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes based on customer requirements and the scope of the transportation service.
  • Track and manage customer inquiries, leads, and sales activities using a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of transport services.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team revenue objectives. Which will require 30 - 40 in-bound & outbound calls per day.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and customer preferences to help optimize the sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to effectively present services and close sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
