KeyResponsibilities

  • Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomers,providingtimelyandprofessionalsupportviaphone,email,andlivechat.
  • Assistcustomerswithbooking,tracking,andresolvingissuesrelatedtotheirvehicleshipments.
  • Communicatewithcustomersandcollaboratewithinternalteamstoensuresmoothtransportationanddeliveries.
  • Resolvecustomerconcernswithaproactiveandsolution-orientedapproach.
  • Maintainaccuraterecordsofcustomerinteractionsandtransactionsin(HubSpot,FreshWorks,andCargoTelsystems),wewilltrainyou.
  • Educatecustomersonserviceoptions,policies,andpricingstructures.
  • Supportescalationsandworkcollaborativelywithotherdepartmentstoresolvecomplexcases.

Qualifications&Skills

  • 3 yearsofexperienceinacustomersupport.
  • Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytohandlehigh-pressuresituations.
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
  • ProficiencyinCRMsoftware,customersupportplatforms,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
  • Abilitytomultitask,prioritize,andmanagetimeeffectively.
  • Knowledgeofautotransportationlogisticsandindustryregulationsisaplus.
  • Highattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
  • Acustomer-firstmindsetwithafocusondeliveringanoutstandingexperience.
