Qualifications&Skills
- 3 yearsofexperienceinacustomersupport.
- Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytohandlehigh-pressuresituations.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- ProficiencyinCRMsoftware,customersupportplatforms,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
- Abilitytomultitask,prioritize,andmanagetimeeffectively.
- Knowledgeofautotransportationlogisticsandindustryregulationsisaplus.
