What You’ll Do
You will be a major player in our financial operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting across all transactions. You’ll take ownership of reconciling project finances, analyzing variances, and maintaining accurate reporting that drives decision-making. From balancing Stripe and Recurly transactions to managing travel expense reconciliation, you’ll ensure every detail is tracked, resolved, and recorded with precision. Leveraging tools like Excel, Acumatica, and payment platforms, you’ll streamline workflows, proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and accountability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This part-time role is open to remote applicants along with those interested in a hybrid if located in MN near the Company headquarters.

Core Responsibilities
- Reconcile Financial Transactions: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all project-level and travel-related financial transactions, resolving discrepancies and maintaining reliable reporting.
- Analyze and Resolve Variances: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve financial variances or discrepancies to improve accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Process Payments and Record Transactions: Manage payment processing, coding and recording transactions into our ERP - Acumatica.
- Generate and Manage Invoices: Create accurate invoices, track payments received, and ensure all related documentation is properly recorded and reconciled.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with teams to provide financial insights, improve processes, and maintain accountability across all operational and project activities.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools like Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica), and payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Time Management and Organization: Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain financial findings clearly.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can anticipate issues, take initiative, and continuously improve workflows.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and adjusting to evolving processes in a dynamic work environment.
