Our company is in need of a motivated cell phone area manager to oversee our MULTIPLE cell phone stores throughout Victoria

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fluency in Spanish is prefered
- Have a passion for sales.

- Making sure that managed area hits all required sales goals
- Engage in excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, making recommendations, overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Have a flexible schedule.

- lead district meetings
- Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner.
- Obey and be a role model for all policies and procedures.
- Be capable of standing for long periods of time.

- Be capable or working in other locations as dictated by business demands.
- Maintain profitability of assigned retail location.
- Hire, develop, manage and motivate employees within a given retail location.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- At least 5 years in management & sales.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work at least 45 hours per week, including until 8 PM, weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Previous experience in wireless preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
