As an Amazon Seller Retail Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing key relationships with our seller partners.

Role Overview

The Amazon Seller Retail Manager will oversee the performance and development of Vortex Cellular seller accounts on Amazon. This includes implementing strategy, optimizing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of Vortex Cellular products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for seller accounts, building relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Management :

Manage a portfolio of Vortex and its subsidiary seller accounts, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

  • Coordinate regular check-ins and business reviews with sellers to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Address seller inquiries promptly and provide support on listings, policies, and operational issues.
  • Work with Senior leadership to set realistic goals and develop customized strategies to meet them.
  • Monitor account health metrics and take proactive steps to prevent or resolve issues.
  • Ensure seller compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Strategy Development :
  • Create and execute data-driven strategies to grow seller sales and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify new opportunities to expand product assortment, optimize pricing, and enhance visibility.
  • Performance Analysis :
  • Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and inventory health.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
  • Inventory Management :
  • Oversee inventory levels for seller accounts, ensuring stock availability aligns with demand forecasts.

  • Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and recommend strategies for liquidation or optimization.
  • Collaborate with sellers to implement inventory management best practices and tools.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to address seller needs and resolve issues.

  • Liaise with Amazon teams to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve escalations.
  • Training and Development :
  • Educate Vortex Cellular and its brands on Amazon’s tools, programs, and best practices to enhance their marketplace presence.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and plan future initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving :
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, including inventory discrepancies, account health concerns, and policy violations.

  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
  • Multi-Channel Integration :
  • Leverage experience with multi-channel Amazon integrations and e-commerce carts, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

  • Ensure seamless synchronization of inventory, pricing, and product listings across platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sellers to effectively manage multi-channel sales.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or retail operations, with a strong preference for Amazon marketplace experience.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Experience with multi-channel e-commerce platforms and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and content optimization, is a plus.
  • Handset telecom background is a plus.
