About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll engage directly with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll gather information, conduct research, and address inquiries while applying your deepening knowledge of our products and services. Comprehensive training and ongoing development will support your success in this role and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Collect customer information, conduct research, and resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Leverage your product knowledge to confidently respond to questions and communicate the value of PrePass services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date customer profiles in CRM systems.
- Prepare standard reports related to customer activity and sales progress.
- Contribute to team success by participating in team meetings, training, and knowledge sharing.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 3–4 years of experience in phone-based sales roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in quota-carrying sales positions.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an engaging phone presence.
- Ability to manage objections, articulate value propositions, and build rapport with prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
