Position Summary
PrePass is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture. This role provides hands-on support for our Utah office and remote users. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering excellent user support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Image and deploy laptops to end users
- Provide technical assistance and support for employees across multiple systems, applications, and platforms
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience
- Advanced knowledge of technology platforms, systems, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Windows 11 in a network environment
- Proficiency with Office 365 and computing technologies, including software, hardware, and communication tools
- Strong experience in end-user support and issue resolution
