Position Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Downtown Phoenix corporate office. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment by serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. The Receptionist will be responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating facility-related needs, and assisting with company events. This is a full-time, onsite position.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Office Management
- Greet visitors, issue guest badges, and validate parking.
- Answer incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate team members.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Prepare packages for shipping and create labels.
- Order office supplies.
- Ensure breakroom snacks and beverages are stocked daily.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by taking photos, preparing badges, and managing parking access.
- Assist with offboarding employees by reassigning badges and completing other administrative tasks.
- Assist with light cleaning of common office areas and kitchens.
- Address facility-related issues by submitting service requests through the online ticketing portal.
- Create support tickets in the HelpDesk system for IT-related needs.
- Assist with special events, including room setup, cleanup, and food ordering.
- Decorate the office for holidays and company events.
- Design visuals for the lobby monitor and contribute to the quarterly company newsletter.
- Act as a key team member supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist leaders with special project requests.
- Help prepare employee communication and visuals
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of receptionist or front desk experience in a professional office setting.
- Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to take the initiative.
