Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IBM ODM Developer with strong expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) 8.9.x and above, Core Java, and Web Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying business rules applications while ensuring high-quality standards and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business rules projects using IBM ODM 8.9.x and above.
- Work on Decision Center setup and configuration to enable business rule management.
- Develop and implement Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Action Rules (BRL), Technical Rules, Rule Flows, BOM, XOM, Synthetic Classes, Functions, and Rule Tasks in IBM JRules/WODM/ODM.
- Deploy Rule Apps and Rule Sets in Rule Execution Server and manage their execution.
- Ensure seamless integration with Java-based applications and Web Services using JSON and SOA architectures.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of rule-based applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for business rule implementations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in IBM ODM development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and Java-based Web Services.
- Experience in setting up and managing IBM Decision Center.
- Solid understanding of SOA principles and working with JSON-based integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
