Redpoint Implementation Specialist (Cloud & RPI Expertise)

Description

We are seeking a skilled Redpoint Implementation Specialist with expertise in Redpoint Interaction (RPI) and cloud solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Redpoint solutions to drive seamless marketing automation and data integration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Redpoint Global solutions, including RPI, to meet business needs.
• Integrate Redpoint solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and scalability of Redpoint systems.
• Optimize marketing workflows using Redpoint Interaction for enhanced campaign management and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Redpoint deployments, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Redpoint tools and functionalities.
• Stay updated on the latest Redpoint and cloud technologies to recommend improvements and new solutions.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Redpoint Global solutions, particularly Redpoint Interaction (RPI).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Redpoint.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and data management principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
