What you’ll be doing :
Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness, and monitor order statuses to ensure timely closure and provide regular updates to sales.
Collaborate with sales, credit control, accounts payable, and billing to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Resolve any concerns promptly and escalate issues only when necessary.
Key point of contact for internal inquiries; maintaining and updating account records using system requirements, predominantly in Salesforce.
Maintain accurate sales data from the point of sales to the invoice received, and generate and distribute sales activity reports from the point of sale to the invoice received.
What you’ll bring to us :
Sales / Contract Administration experience preferably within finance, technology or real estate.
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP finance systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
