Preqin’s Sales Enablement team is key in supporting our global sales teams in achieving their full potential. This team provides data-driven solutions including learning material, content, and resources to drive growth and success.
Through strong partnerships with the sales teams and broader enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager will develop and deliver impactful solutions to support and improve the sales process, increase sales productivity, and enhance the customer experience. They will be central to continually equipping sales teams with the content, guidance, training, and coaching they need to deliver success.

What you’ll be doing :
Partner with sales leadership to create a standardized, prescriptive sales methodology training, covering topics from discovery and demo processes to objection handling and negotiations.
Design and produce a variety of sales assets, including training decks on products, sales strategy and objection handling guides, product comparison sheets, playbooks, templates, etc.
Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program.
Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders; Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
Design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive onboarding process tailored for new salespeople, ensuring they are quickly and effectively integrated into the team and are equipped with the essential knowledge and skills to hit the ground running and improve time to productivity.
Deliver training sessions on various topics, ensuring the sales team has the knowledge and skills to succeed.
What you’ll bring to us :
Experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
Experience with content management and learning management systems.
Ability to build strong internal relationships with sales and marketing.
Excellent communication skills.
