Description
The Segment Marketing Manager is key to developing and executing the marketing plan set for our General Partner target audience, being responsible for the deliveries of marketing campaigns and projects that drive demand generation to support the sales pipeline.
Reporting to the AVP, Segment Marketing, this role also supports the business unit (BU) looking after our General Partner customer base by executing our go-to-market plans and supporting the growth of the BU.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive opportunities supporting the sales pipeline, using multiple marketing channels (emails, paid media, social media, webinars, etc.)
- Developing and maintaining a series of always-on campaigns leveraging marketing automation to engage our target audience across the buyer journey, from top to bottom of the funnel and beyond
- Developing and executing go to market plans that support the launch of new products and features by working closely with our Product team
- Identifying, recommending, and pursuing new marketing tactics to reach specific target audiences within our segment by working in partnership with Sales and other Marketing teams
- Supporting sales enablement initiatives by working closely with Sales teams across the organisation to create new and maintain existing sales collateral, enable training, and collaborate on campaigns
- Analysing and reporting results of marketing campaigns and projects to internal stakeholders, to measure impacts on KPIs
What you’ll bring to us:
- Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media and digital events
- Experience with marketing automation solutions – Account Engagement/Salesforce preferably
- Written and verbal communication skills – key for campaign execution and reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills – key for ideation of new initiatives
- Project management skills – key to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
