Seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst position for a hybrid position with a global financial services company in the Pittsburgh area. This is a 9-month contract/consultant role with the potential to convert to full time or extend for calendar year 2026. Seeking candidates experienced with SOC2 and Security Controls Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SOC 2 certification workstream, coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Assess and refine our security controls framework (NIST & CIS), identifying gaps and future improvements.
- Define security metrics and dashboards, working towards consolidating reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven SOC 2 experience – internally supporting assessments and working with external auditors.
✔ Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST 800, CIS, ISO27001).
✔ Self-starter mentality – can work independently, provide updates, and adapt to evolving priorities.
✔ Financial services or large enterprise experience is a plus.
