Our client is looking for an Integration Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Successfactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM and our clients' OnBase systems.
Responsibilities include executing development tasks such as reports, integrations, database design, and enhancements, documenting requirements in Azure DevOps, and performing technical functions like configuration, coding, and testing. The role also includes conducting various types of testing, documenting changes, coordinating with the system administration team for code reviews and production implementation, and providing support and knowledge transfer to the application support team. The position requires a productive working relationship with various stakeholders and adherence to standards and policies.
Required experience:
- 5 years of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 experience
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central
- Experience with SuccessFactors APIs, 3rd-party integrations (like Informatica or SAP PO), and data transfers to external HRIS systems (like SAP ECC)
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors processes and integration with document management systems (e.g., OnBase)
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and ITIL practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and ADO Testing Module
Preferred experience:
- SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certifications
- ABAP development and SAP PO experience
A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
