UX Design Specialist

We are looking for a mid-level UX Design Specialist who will collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to create accessible and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both UX design and digital accessibility, ensuring products are usable by all users.

Responsibilities : UX Design :

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile.
  • Work closely with product teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.

Accessibility :

  • Ensure products meet WCAG and other accessibility standards.
  • Conduct accessibility audits and collaborate with developers to address issues.
  • Advocate for accessibility best practices and educate internal teams.

    • Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience with UI / UX Tools and frameworks
  • 3 years of experience with accessibility testing tools
  • 5 years of experience developing with C#, CSS and HTML
