The Foothills Retirement Community seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead and elevate our sales strategy across all levels of care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. With an exciting community expansion on the horizon, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success and enriching the lives of our residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead the sales and marketing strategy to meet and exceed occupancy goals
- Lead the expansion and occupancy of our brand-new Independent Living units
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth move-ins and superior service
- Execute outreach initiatives, events, and campaigns to build visibility and trust
- Maintain and analyze CRM data to optimize sales performance
- Be a brand ambassador—build relationships with community groups, professionals, and families
What You Bring:
- A heart for service and mission-driven leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 3 years of sales and marketing experience in senior living or long-term care (5 years with leadership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy, CRM tools, and customer-focused selling
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team-building skills
