Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Change and launder bed linens and towels as required.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident and staff requests promptly.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping, laundry and cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
