The Village At Summerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.
What You'll Do:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists of vendors and contract workers
- Provide general support to residents with work orders
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina
- 1 year of experience in a clerical/administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft Office/computer skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
