Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Support Care Partner to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to our residents with memory impairments and help them maintain their dignity and independence. You will work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Participate in social and recreational activities with residents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with memory support
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
