Key Responsibilities of Staff Development Coordinator - RN:
- Develop and implement staff development programs for licensed and unlicensed employees that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Maintain essential employee records in compliance with DHEC.
- Coordinate activities and training as per the requirements of PCSC.
- Provide BLS, CPR, and First Aid Education.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and visual aids.
- Conduct and manage TB screening program.
- Assure availability of the mandatory education for infection control for all employees.
- Monitor and investigate work-related injuries and or exposures for all the employees.
Position Requirements:
- Registered nursing license in the state of South Carolina.
- Two years of clinical long-term care experience or staff development experience
