PHH, Alaska's leading adolescent residential treatment program, is looking for additional team members. We are currently recruiting for a Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to join our team.
Your clients are young people (and their family members) who come to live at PHH, often for 6-12 months following a hospitalization, or other trauma that disrupted life at home. As a therapist, you ally with the family and PHH staff as you provide weekly therapy - individual, group, and family therapy - all with the goal of helping the young person and their family heal, and prepare to live together once again.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in: Psychology, Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Behavioral Sciences or related Social Science and experience.
- Able to pass a background check.
Function:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Provide risk assessment and crisis intervention.
- Completes Comprehension Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA).
- Maintain a contemporary knowledge of mental health resources.
- Prepare and present pertinent, mental health related groups for resident youth and their families.
