The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria. Additionally, this team member will be responsible for daily review and management of applicant pipelines and job postings through our ATS while providing support as a subject expert as part of the selection process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one-year experience in the field of Human Resources required
- Familiarity with electronic applicant tracking systems required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years talent acquisition (recruitment) experience; preferred
Expectations:
- Act as primary contact for community leaders, team members and candidates for ATS support and Talent Acquisition inquiries
- Review ATS requisitions
- Collaborate with community leaders and hiring managers to remain engaged in candidate pipelines
- Manage candidate pipelines
- Identify need for and coordinate training, resources or in-services needed to increase standard use of best practices for recruitment processes
- Extend verbal offers to selected candidates and hand-off new hires to communities for continued onboarding
