Qualifications
- Prior experience with aquatic therapy preferred
- Health/fitness center experience preferred
- Proven health/fitness assessment skills preferred
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Assists with developing, planning and implementing a complete schedule of wellness activities; related to the pool, spa and fitness center.
- Instructs 1:1 or in a group setting, to use all fitness equipment.
- Verify receipt of physician clearance forms and maintain participant files.
- Collaborate with housekeeping team and maintenance team to ensure that the Fitness Center’s cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Maintains a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices.
- Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other team members.
Salary : $16 - $18
