Qualifications
- Valid PA Driver’s License required
- Formal or on-the-job training in plumbing, electrical, painting, maintenance, carpentry and general repair preferred
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions
- Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve
- Complete all general maintenance of the community (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, unit inspections, painting, work orders, carpentry and maintenance support).
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas.
- May perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned to support community.
