The Accounts Payable Associate serves as an assistant to the Senior Director of Finance and is responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices for Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. The role will ensure that payments made for approved expenses, capital expenditures, and contracts are timely and in accordance with the terms and conditions of processed invoices. The position is also responsible for completing monthly fixed asset runs, month-end closing, and will provide support to other Directors or Senior Directors as needed.

We need a proven leader who will support our Network communities as they provide for the daily living needs of our residents and who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships with both residents and other team members. The Accounts Payable Associate is required to:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of work experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Possess knowledge of accounting practices and software;
- Exhibit competence in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
