The Lifestyle EngagementAssociate aides with development and implementation of the (24-hour) lifestyle engagement program for residents. The position conducts activities to assure that each resident’s spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual needs are met, maximizing resident strengths and abilities, and is responsible for documentingresident progress in accordance with all state, federal and departmental guidelines and regulations.

We need Lifestyle Engagement Team Memberswho are charismatic, efficient, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will work well with a dynamic team to help our residents by supporting their daily living needs and developing trusting, caring relationships. Our Lifestyle EngagementAssociates are required to:
- Have a high school diploma or a GED; Recreation or Music Therapist certification is preferred;
- Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members in multiple communities on our Oakmont campus;
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, and Word Processing Software;
