We are seeking a caring, compassionate nursing leader for our Washington campus. The Director of Nursing reports directly to the campus Executive Director and will assume twenty-four-hour responsibility and accountability for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position is accountable for establishing and monitoring quality standards of care to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Directors Of Nursing Must
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse, with an unrestricted, active license in the state of PA;
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of related experience, or an Associate’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred;
- Possess working knowledge of Internet software, Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, and EMR programs. Familiarity with Point Click Care is a plus;
- Have the ability to respond to nursing emergencies, as needed;
- Maintain CPR certification per current policy.
