The Nurse Educator serves as the Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor. Our Nurse Educator is required:
- Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Have a current and unrestricted RN license in PA.
- Have at least two years of nursing experience.
- Have at least one year of experience in long-term care.
- Maintain CPR certification per policy.
- Certification by PA Department of Education as a Nurse Aide Program Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of hire and preferred at time of hire.
