Our Property/Community Managers are responsible for creating communities that our residents are proud to call home. The position is responsible for hiring and training team members to provide exceptional service to residents and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
In This Role, You Will
- Ensure occupancy waiting lists are maintained
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Ensure resident satisfaction and establish positive relationships
- Maintain a collaborative working environment with on-site team and owner
- Maintain resident compliance with HUD eligibility requirements
