• * Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods.

In our senior care communities, you will work in a home-like environment that enables older adults to live their lives to the fullest in an atmosphere of dignity, independence, and choice.

This Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30pm, with some weekends and rotating on call responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For

We need a Supervisor, Maintenance to supervise maintenance services and work in coordinator with the department director and manager to plan, coordinate, prioritize, and oversee activities within the Maintenance department.

The Supervisor, Maintenance Is Required To

• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• An associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating, or Carpentry is preferred.
• Have three years' experience in maintenance.
• Leadership experience in a maintenance position on a campus setting is preferred.
• Possess a valid PA State Driver's License.
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, residents families, and team members.
• Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system.
