These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. * * *
This Full-time position is located at Beatty Pointe Village, an independent living community in Monroeville, PA. The hours are from 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

In coordination with and under the direction of the Resident Manager, the Assistant Resident Manager manages all aspects of the operation of the community, coordinating all programs and work between the various departments.
Responsibilities include conducting regularly scheduled resident meetings, responding to residents' emergency call bell system and handling appropriately, assisting with marketing and rental agreements, financial management to include processing invoices, assisting with food service, and coordinating the scheduling of resident transportation needs.

What we are looking for:
We need a leader who can create and maintain meaningful relationships with our residents and who will help our team members as they support the daily living needs of our residents. Our Assistant Resident Manager is required to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience working with older adults.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
