The Concierge works as part of the administrative staff to greet visitors, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the appropriate person or department to ensure that visitors and residents are promptly served.  The role will also receive and relay telephone messages and refer callers to the correct location to ensure each caller has an excellent customer service experience.  Successful candidates must be highly motivated, disciplined, reliable and able to function independently while dealing with residents, visitors and other team members in a calm, professional manner.  The Concierge will also perform team member and visitor screening as needed at the assigned community.

  • What we are looking for :

    We need an organized individual who will help our Network leaders and be an outward-facing representative of the community that they serve; someone who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships.

    The Concierge is required to :

  • Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under pressure of deadlines;
  • Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and the ability to multitask for several individuals;
  • Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff;
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and the operation of multi-line telephones and other basic office equipment.
