Our Dementia Care Assistants are responsible for :
- Spending time with individual residents talking, walking or engaging in an activity together.
- Working with a small group of residents on a program
- Providing regular check-ins with residents in the neighborhood to ensure safety and well-being.
- Assisting the team (and includes interested residents as able) in kitchen and meal tasks.
- Assisting the team by performing laundry tasks
