In our personal care communities, you will work in a home-like environment that enables older adults to live their lives to the fullest in an atmosphere of dignity, independence, and choice.

Our Dementia Care Assistants are responsible for :

Spending time with individual residents talking, walking or engaging in an activity together.
Working with a small group of residents on a program
Providing regular check-ins with residents in the neighborhood to ensure safety and well-being.
Assisting the team (and includes interested residents as able) in kitchen and meal tasks.
Assisting the team by performing laundry tasks

Our Dementia Care Assistants are required to :

Be a minimum of 18 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire

Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
