* * * Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. * * *
This Full-time position is located at Strabane Trails Village, an independent living community in Washington, PA. The hours are mainly 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. with occasional hours of 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. The position does include some weekends.

The Manager, Dining Services coordinates daily operations of the Dining Services department including team member scheduling, food and supplies, purchasing and storage, food preparation, sanitation and nutritional care involvement.

What we are looking for:
We need a proven leader who will help our team members and other Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents and who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships. Our Manager, Dining Services is required to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Three (3) years' Dining Services experience.
- Two (2) years of proven leadership experience.
- Experience in an independent living community preferred.
- Experience with scratch cooking.
- ServeSafe Certification must be obtained within 3 months of employment. Certification is preferred at time of hire.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
