The Resident Accounts Manager is fully responsible for the status of Accounts Receivable in the assigned location / payor type. The role is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities and supervision of staff who are engaged in conducting billing and collections for the accounts of our residents.

What we are looking for :

We need a proven leader who will help to support our Network and our residents; someone who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships and who values teamwork. At Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, we value you for who you are, not just what you do!

Our Resident Accounts Manager is required to have :

A 2-year certificate from a college or technical school AND at least 2 years of related experience; or a similar combination of education and experience;

Three to five years of direct supervisory experience; office environment supervision is preferred;

A current, valid PA Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle;

Demonstrated knowledge of Internet software, Microsoft Office, and billing software platforms; experience with Point Click Care is preferred;

The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Network team members;

Excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with residents, families, professional providers, and all others.
