This Full-time overnight position is located at Beatty Pointe Village, an Independent Living Community, in Monroeville, PA.

The Overnight Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing and coordinating overnight operations coverage of the community to ensure the safety and security of the residents, as well as perform the necessary cleaning of common areas, office space and other areas as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
- Securing the building by rounding the community and ensuring appropriate access points are locked.
- Answer the community phone and direct accordingly.
- Clean all common areas including public bathroom and trash room
- Remove trash from assigned areas.
- Responsible for commercial laundry such as towels, sheets, community uniforms, and rags on a daily basis.

What we are looking for:
We need a proven leader who will help our team members and other Network leaders as they support the daily living needs of our residents; someone who desires to develop trusting, caring relationships. Our Overnight Resident Services Coordinator is required to:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred;
- Prior experience with Environmental Services preferred.
- Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents and team members.
- Have basic understanding of PC and Microsoft Office applications.
