The RN Nurse Educator serves as the Instructor for Nurse Aide Training and Nurse Aide Apprenticeship Programs. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing staff training curricula, and for the growth and development opportunities needed to ensure the provision of quality care, stimulate personal/professional growth, and assure completion of required core competencies.

What we are looking for:
Our Nurse Educators are required to:
- Be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and unrestricted license in PA.
- Have at least two years of nursing experience with at least one year in long-term care.
- Provide direct supervision to Student Nurse Aides through Nurse Aide certification.
- Maintain CPR certification per policy.
- Obtain certification by PA Department of Education as a Nurse Aide Program Instructor within 6 months of hire; preferred at time of hire.
Prior experience with curriculum development and clinical education is preferred.
