$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time, $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for Part Time
Status/Shift: Full Time Evening, Full Time Night, Part time Night, Part Time Rotating shift

- Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- CPR certification required
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
- Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
- Administers medications and treatments.
- Performs resident assessments.
- Participates in daily resident rounding.
- May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
Salary : $23 - $30
