POSITION SUMMARY:Recruits program participants, host sites and mentors for workforce development program.Ensures that training objectives are met and program participants are placed at host sites.Functions as the liaison between schools, students and host sites to create strong workingrelationships with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:1. Managing program and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of theprogram and organization.2. Developing new workforce development program to support the strategic direction of theorganization.3. Recruits program participants, host sites and mentors for workforce developmentprogram.4. Functions as the liaison between schools, students and host sites to create strongworking relationships with all stakeholders.5. Creating, managing, and ensuring that goals are met, including implementing andapproved changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.6. Ensures that training objectives are met and program participants are placed at hostsites.7. Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.8. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify andimplement areas for improvement.9. Tracking grant outcomes and submitting grant reports.10. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regardingproject issues and decisions on services.11. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status, including analyzing programrisks.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:Education – Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.Experience - 3 year experience working with any of the following - minors, students, customerservice, workforce, student programs.Computer SkillsEfficient Computer knowledge and use of Microsoft products, word processing, spreadsheetsdatabase systems, and email.
